Food Tours
Can I book a private tour or class or trip for my group?
Yes. We offer private group food tours for groups of up to 12 people, and custom tours for groups of any size. All private tours are priced on application so please contact us for more information.
Are there bathrooms available?
Yes, bathrooms are available at several of the tasting locations.
How long do tours run for?
The duration of our walking food tours is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, with a 15-minute leeway on either side. You can find specifics on each tour’s page.
How much walking is there?
Food Tours last approximately 3 to 3.5 hours and we will be on our feet for roughly half the time. Wear comfortable shoes to be on the safe side!
Are walking tours held in bad weather?
All of our tours go ahead – rain, hail or shine! In the case of rain, we are able to go inside many of the tasting locations and there are other places where we will be able to stay dry. We kindly ask you to look at the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
Are your tours only available in English?
At present, our tours are only led in English. However, should you desire another language please don’t hesitate to contact us for arrangements as we have many guide whom speak multiple languages.
How much food is there on your food tours?
A lot! Over the course of our tours you will stop at multiple locations with tastings in each. This generally equates to a large lunch or dinner. You will not leave hungry, we promise!
Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and/or kosher diets?
All of our food tours are vegetarian friendly, however it is not always possible to serve vegan, gluten free or kosher food at many of the stops. Please notify us of your dietary restrictions upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have food allergies or intolerances and decide to try tastings in addition to those that have been specially catered for you, please be aware that you do so at your own risk and the company assumes no responsibility.
Is there alcohol?
Beer and wine are a part of our tours, and as such will be served at a certain point. Do feel free to ask for a soft drink alternative if you prefer not to drink alcohol. For children, soft drink alternatives will be available.
What beverages are served on your tours?
In addition to beer and wine, water is served during some tastings. However, we recommend you bring a bottle of water with you on your food tour, especially during the hot summer months.

Cooking Classes
Do I need to bring anything for the class?
Nothing but your enthusiasm; ingredients, tools, and recipes are provided.
Dietary needs
Please inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Is this cooking class beginner-friendly?
Yes! No prior cooking experience is required. The class is hands-on but suitable for all skill levels.
How long is the class?
Classes run about 4 hours. If you choose the market tour add-on, the full experience is about 4–5 hours.
What’s included?
All ingredients, equipment, a full meal, drinks, and printed recipes. Market-tour option includes tastings and a walk through local shops.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Vegetarian options are available. Please mention any dietary needs when booking so the host can prepare accordingly.
What is the group size?
Small groups of max 10 people for an intimate, hands-on experience.
Is the market tour required?
No. You may book the cooking class with or without the market visit.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes. Aprons are provided.
Is the location accessible?
Yes — our space is on the 5th floor and accessible by elevator.
Do I get to eat what we make?
Yes! You’ll enjoy what you prepare.
Is the cooking environment clean and hygienic?
Yes. The kitchen is kept very clean, ingredients are handled safely, and all work surfaces and tools are sanitized before each class. Guests are also asked to wash their hands before cooking.

Culinary Trip
What is included in the culinary trip price?
The trip price includes accommodations, transfers, expert guide, welcome and farewell dinners, daily breakfast and lunch, all guided tours and entrance fees, all the culinary experiences, 24/7 support throughout your trip.
What is the maximum group size?
Our small group trips are limited to a maximum of 12 travelers. This intimate group size ensures personalized attention from our guides, allows for more authentic local experiences, and creates a friendly atmosphere where you can connect with fellow travelers.
How do I book a trip?
You can start by filling out the contact form with your preferred trip and dates. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will reach out within 24 hours to guide you through the booking process and answer any questions.
Can I travel solo or do I need to book with a companion?
Absolutely! Solo travelers are welcome on all our tours, cooking classes and experiences. Many of our guests travel alone and enjoy meeting like-minded travelers in our small group setting. We can arrange single accommodations for an additional supplement – contact us for details.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Travel insurance protects your investment and provides peace of mind.
